• This is charged at a fixed rate of £72.00 (inclusive VAT)          

​per calendar month

TENANT FIND ONLY  ​

We also offer a tenant find only service.

• ​This is charged at £540.00 (inclusive of VAT) for properties up to £1250.00 pcm.
• All lettings over this sum are charged at £900.00 (inclusive of VAT)
